We create each embroidery based on the photograph you send us, paying attention to every detail so that your pet is represented as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that we can't know your pet as well as you do, so it will always be an artistic interpretation very close to the original image.

If, once you have received the design, you wish to make changes that involve modifying colors, features, or redoing parts of the embroidery, these will be considered extra adjustments and will have an additional cost of €15.

To avoid surprises, it is recommended to send the clearest and most representative photo possible.

Once the shipment has been made, it will not be possible to make any changes or modifications.

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have a right of withdrawal for certain products purchased online. However, this right does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. All pet portraits and embroidery are handmade to order, based on photographs and instructions provided by each customer. Each piece is unique and created exclusively for the person who orders it, so it cannot be resold or given to another buyer. For this reason, once the order is confirmed and the production process has begun, personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised for non-personalized products that have already been manufactured and are in stock, provided they meet the requirements established by applicable law.
