Interpretación y cambios en los bordados

Realizamos cada bordado basándonos fielmente en la fotografía que nos envíes, cuidando cada detalle para que tu mascota esté representada de la forma más exacta posible. Ten en cuenta que no podemos conocerla tanto como tú, por lo que siempre será una interpretación artística muy cercana a la imagen.

Si, una vez recibido el diseño, deseas cambios que impliquen modificar colores, rasgos o rehacer partes del bordado, estos se considerarán ajustes extra y tendrán un coste adicional de 15€.

Para evitar sorpresas, se recomienda enviar la foto más clara y representativa posible.

Can I make changes to an order I have already shipped?
