Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing This is Pepa. Each order is created with care and attention to detail, so the production time may vary depending on the product you have chosen.
1. Order Processing:
Personalized products are made once payment is confirmed and the necessary photos or information for their creation have been received.
The production time is indicated in the description of each product. For most personalized orders, the production time is between 5 and 15 business days, although some products may have a different lead time.
2. Shipping
Once your order is finished, I will carefully prepare it for shipment.
Approximate delivery times are:
- Spain: between 2 and 5 business days.
- Rest of the world: between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
These times are estimates and may be affected by the shipping company or circumstances beyond This is Pepa's control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the destination and order size.
4. International Shipping
Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time.
