Personalized products are non-returnable due to European regulations, as they are made specifically for each customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible at thisispepa.pedidos@gmail.com, including your order number and a description of the problem. I will review your case and, if it is indeed an error or a defect, I will replace the item at no additional cost.
